No. The rule applies only to rooms a tenant elects, starting March 1, 2028.
- You chooseCoverage applies to covered rooms the tenant elects, not to every room.
- Existing systemsCentral and permanent systems already in a building must be maintained to provide adequate cooling.
- Owner controlled central systemsWhere the owner controls a central system, it must furnish adequate cooling to each covered room.
