78°F or cooler, from June 15 to September 15, in each room a tenant elects.

- How it's measuredAt least 3 feet above the floor and 3 feet from exterior walls.
- WhenThe cooling season runs June 15 through September 15 each year.
- StartingOwners must have elected rooms equipped by June 1, 2030.
