Yes. The City can grant renewable hardship extensions of up to two years at a time.
- GroundsUndue hardship, including financial hardship, major capital improvements, significant electrical upgrades, or landmark designation.
- ImpracticableWhere installing cooling is impracticable.
- City financingTo allow time to negotiate City loans, grants, or tax benefits.
- LengthUp to two years per extension, renewable.
